I’ve spent 16 years helping moms build family lives that can weather anything, not by going to extremes, but by getting rooted in what matters most.
I call them the four cornerstones: Self-Reliance, Community, Tradition, and Health. They run through everything I teach, every resource I create, and every conversation I have with the women who find their way here.
My story
In 2009, the Great Recession hit my family hard and I realized we were a lot more vulnerable than I thought. Our family business came close to shutting down, and we had to cut every expense possible. When I had to cancel my son’s guitar lessons — the money just wasn’t there — it really hit home that we could lose more than just those lessons.
